But here is the thing, though we are so engaged in our busy life, networking and seeking career growth, unknowingly there is a void developed inside our chest, it is like deep inside something is craving for quiet. Know that when our tongue stop communicating, our mind begins to speak. Silence is not empty. It is full of thoughts, words, questions and answers. It is a moment when we pause and start listening to our inner voice, increasing focus power. That is the reason silence is so important on a spiritual path.
