Yudhishthira, known for his unwavering truthfulness, hesitated. Krishna’s solution? He had Bhima kill an elephant named Ashwatthama and had Yudhishthira announce, "Ashwatthama is dead… the elephant." The latter part was drowned out by the sound of a conch!
