1 tbsp curd

½ cup semolina (sooji/rava)
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp ghee
1 ½ cups water
A few cashews & raisins
A pinch of cardamom powder

Method:

Roast rava in ghee till golden.
Add boiling water carefully, stirring to avoid lumps.
Mix in sugar, cardamom, and dry fruits. Cook till ghee separates.

4. Banana Sheera (Satvik Style)

Perfect for a quick bhog without onion-garlic.
Ingredients:
½ cup semolina
1 ripe banana (mashed)
2 tbsp ghee
½ cup sugar
1 ½ cups milk
A pinch of cardamom powder

Method:
Roast rava in ghee, add milk, mashed banana, sugar, and cardamom. Stir till it thickens into a smooth halwa.

5. Coconut Ladoo

No-cook, no-stress — ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
2 cups desiccated coconut
1 cup condensed milk
A pinch of cardamom powder

Method:
Mix coconut, condensed milk, and cardamom. Roll into small ladoos, coat with extra coconut, and your bhog is ready.
