Who is Dr Ashokkumar? World's Top Scientists For The 3rd Time
Dr Ashokkumar Veeramuthu, a scientist from Nilgiris, a small district of Tamil Nadu once agian in the World's Top Scientists list that is jointly released by Stanford University and Elsevier Publishers. This time he marked continuously the third time appearance - 2023, 2024 and 2025. This is one of the world's most respected scientific rankings.
This recognition comes with years of continuous research which aimed at problem solving connecting science with society. Dr Ashokkumar's work ranges from environmental protection to human health focusing on how science can be used to build sustainable and practical solutions.

Dr Ashokkumar's quest is rooted in finding better solutions to manage waste and tackle pollution. His works seek to develop microalgae-based fuel which is clean by turnig plastic waste into usable materials and also improving the waste management systems that work in different regions.
The National Research Foundation of Korea honoured him with "Brain Pool: Visiting Global Scientist Award". It is a recognition given to scientists for their contribution to sustainable and applied research worldwide.
