According to the Hurun Rich List 2025, there are 101 Non-Resident Indian (NRI) billionaires worldwide, with the United States and the United Arab Emirates leading the way as the preferred homes for these wealth creators.

  • 48 reside in the United States

Jay Chaudhry, founder of Zscaler in San Jose, has climbed from fifth to third place, boasting ₹1.46 lakh crore in net worth. The fourth spot is shared by Anil Agarwal of Vedanta Resources (London) and Shapoor Pallonji Mistry (Monaco).

Notable New Entrants

A highlight of 2025 is the debut of Jayshree Ullal, CEO of Arista Networks, in San Francisco, ranked eighth with ₹50,170 crore. Ullal continues to be the richest Indian-origin professional manager and the wealthiest Indian woman entrepreneur globally.
