GENERAL

Ayush Singh

I’m Ayush Singh, student of B.Sc Electronic Media from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication. But degrees don’t define me , ground reporting does. From the streets of Delhi during the Vidhan Sabha elections to the forgotten villages of Bihar, I’ve been on the ground, listening to unheard voices, capturing real issues, and turning them into stories that matter. For me Journalism is not a career ,it’s a mission. A mission to question power, amplify truth, and stand with those who are rarely seen or heard. Whether it's through field reporting or content writing, I believe in journalism that bites, not bends. I also run a grassroots digital platform called Teekhi Varta, where we ask tough questions and bring out sharp, unfiltered narratives. I’m not here to chase headlines. I’m here to make them.

Why Gen Z Trusts Memes More Than News Headlines
Why Gen Z Trusts Memes More Than News Headlines

    By Ayush Singh

Gen Z is increasingly turning to memes over traditional news headlines for information and perspective. While headlines often feel biased, sensational, or disconnected, memes offer humor, relatability, and community-driven authenticity. They compress complex issues into simple, sharable content that feels more honest than polished reporting. Memes validate emotions, provide quick context, and make overwhelming topics bearable through satire. However, they come with risks of oversimplification and misinformation. For journalism, this shift is a wake-up call: to regain trust, newsrooms must adapt by blending accuracy with the relatability and accessibility that make memes so powerful for younger audiences.

Navratri Isn’t Just Worship, But a Reminder of Strength in Every Woman
Navratri Isn’t Just Worship, But a Reminder of Strength in Every Woman

    By Ayush Singh

Navratri is more than nine nights of devotion and dance ,it is a celebration of women’s power and resilience. Rooted in Goddess Durga’s triumph over Mahishasura, the festival highlights how feminine strength has always been central to Indian culture. While rituals like kanya puja symbolically honour women, the real challenge lies in extending this respect to everyday life through equality, safety, and opportunity. In today’s world, Navratri feels more relevant than ever, reminding us that true worship lies in empowering women beyond rituals.

Teacher’s Day Isn’t Enough: Why Teachers Deserve Daily Respect
Teacher’s Day Isn’t Enough: Why Teachers Deserve Daily Respect

    By Ayush Singh

Teacher’s Day is a symbolic gesture, but the role of teachers extends far beyond a single celebration. They are mentors, motivators, and lifelong guides who shape not only careers but also character and values. Their contributions often go unnoticed , whether it’s late-night lesson planning, adapting to digital classrooms, or providing emotional support to students. Limiting gratitude to just one day undermines the depth of their impact. Real appreciation lies in building a culture of everyday respect, recognition, and support for educators.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming healthcare, from faster diagnoses to personalized treatments and reducing doctors’ administrative load. While machines can process massive data with unmatched speed and accuracy, they cannot replace the empathy, trust, and human judgment doctors provide. Medicine is not only about curing diseases but also caring for patients emotionally, something AI cannot replicate. The future lies in partnership, where AI serves as a powerful assistant, enhancing doctors’ efficiency while they continue to bring compassion, context, and humanity into healing.
