4. Beetroot ice cubes

Blend beetroot with a little water then strain into an ice tray then freeze. Take the beetroot ice cube wrap it in a thin cloth, then gently put it under the puffiness of the eye or dull areas for 30-60seconds. Do not apply ice directly to skin.
