Father waits for daughter's train to leave with teary eyes; netizens say, 'He is the best Papa'

No matter how much you grow up, you are that little girl for that one man. Whether you are abroad, have grey hair, or even have two kids, you are that little princess for your father. This video, which is making rounds on social media yet again, proves the same fact.

Instagram user Purvi shared a video of one of her best moments at the railway station, and we couldn't help writing about it.

The video starts with an elderly man, who is standing beside a train, seen searching for someone looking out from the window. Quickly, he comes to the camera after finding her daughter in the rushful train. The doting father is seen with teary eyes as he bids goodbye to his daughter. In the video, he can be seen asking her to phone him soon after she arrives.

"From the day I started travelling, this has been our ritual—no matter the distance or the mode of transport. He stands there with tears in his eyes at the station, and I carry mine all the way through the journey.

And yet, the moment we get on a call, we end up fighting like two little kids who don’t understand each other’s language. But that’s our love—loud, honest, unfiltered. We argue, we complain, and then we laugh the very next minute.

With time, I’ve grown… and somewhere along the way, he has become my little kid. Now, I cannot bear even a single word against him. Because behind all the scolding and the fights is a bond that only we understand," reads Purvi's caption to the adorable video.

"These days, when I see him growing older and myself stepping into a different phase of life in less than a year, a quiet fear settles in my heart—the thought that one day I may not be around him the way I always have been. And that thought hurts like a sharp ache deep inside. He has given me everything he could with whatever he had all his life, and he still is. Life, all I pray for is his health, his happiness, and that we always keep fighting and loving each other the way we do. May God give me the strength to never hurt him, never hurt his pride, and always remain the daughter he believes in. I love you, Pappa," she adds.

As soon as the video was out, the comment section started pouring with lines adoring the doting father and his blessed daughter.
