A poignant video making waves online portrays a blind couple grappling with daily commuting challenges. As they struggle to board a bus and realize they can't afford a rickshaw, fate intervenes in the form of a caring influencer. Offering not just transport but a glimmer of hope, the influencer guarantees the couple's safe journey.
Have you ever felt grateful in life for your blessings? No, not for your bank balance or the cozy home? But for having eyes to see, legs to walk, a shelter, and food to eat? We often forget about our blessings and start complaining about what we don't have. A video is making the rounds on social media in which a blind husband and wife are seen struggling to even commute to a nearby place without anyone's help.

The road of kindness

In the video, shared by Instagram user Mohammed Salman, a blind couple is spotted in the streets. The man is trying to catch a bus but doesn't succeed. Further, the one who has shot the video approaches them and asks whether they are going somewhere. The blind man replies that he needs to go to a monastery, but no bus seems to stop. When the person asks why they don't go in a rickshaw, he says that he doesn't have the money. In the video, the man can be seen accompanied by his wife, who is also blind, and their toddler daughter. The video concludes with the influencer stopping a rickshaw for them and giving instructions to the driver on where to drop them. He also gives money to the driver and makes sure the family safely reaches the destination.

The biggest step in the universe

Soon after the video is out, wishes are pouring in for the influencer for his kindness.

'Small kind is the biggest step of the universe,' reads the comment of one of the users.

This video serves as a reminder not only to count your blessings but also that even a small act of kindness can make a big difference in people who are in need. Kindness doesn't always have to be spending much money on charity or offering food to the needy; it can simply be giving a helping hand to a blind man who is struggling to cross the road or sparing some pennies to the one begging for a cup of tea.
